CONCEPT:
This residential village project on Ko Samui was designed to harmonize with the local architectural and natural environment. Roof colors were carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the tones of coconut tree trunks and the surrounding tropical landscape, allowing the development to integrate subtly into its island setting. The houses were planned with compact and efficient layouts that can be configured as either three-bedroom or four-bedroom residences, providing flexibility for different lifestyles and family sizes. Bedrooms, living areas, and lounge spaces are oriented toward the swimming pool, encouraging natural airflow and helping introduce cooling breezes into the interior spaces. To improve thermal performance in the tropical climate, the roof structures were designed with a double-layer elevated system that enhances natural heat ventilation and reduces heat accumulation within the buildings.
